The approach
What is psychosomatic therapy and how can it help you?
Psychosomatic therapy draws on the relationship between body, heart and mind -- and how our experiences become physically stored within us. In session we explore and heal that connection with gentleness and precision: how the nervous system responds to what happens, what the body holds on to, and what needs to be processed so you can feel balanced again.
My work helps you achieve greater clarity of thought, emotion and action, reduce your anxiety levels, and better manage the stress that accumulates in your body. My ultimate goal is to empower you so that you don't depend on therapy to stay self-regulated.
